Order Information
For placement of orders and assistance with shipments, pls. contact Customer Service at sales@phiconbio.com or +86.20.2806.9286.
When placing order, pls. kindly provide below information:
1. Product name, specifications, Cat. Number, Quantity, address of delivery and contact information.
2. Initial customers (in China) who place the first order should fax the copy of latest company license, medical device distribution license which should include 6840 IVD (II or III) and taxation license (with corporate seal )to +86.20.28069285.
3. After remittance, pls. send the remittance receipt (or notification) via sales@phiconbio.com .
Other Notifications
For customers from China, the products will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving the payment if products available in the stock, if products are not available, then date of delivery will be informed by customer service staff. The delivery fee will be paid by PHICON once the amount reached the basic requirements of PHICON, otherwise, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer who ordered the products.
For customers from other countries, the date of delivery will be confirmed by staff in the customer service department directly and the price will be ex works price.
